  Starting with Mike Taylor in the store, where he answered all of our many questions, and guided us to the "most bang for the buck" choice of gas fireplace inserts, to Mark Taylor who came out to our home to measure, and check for any compatibility issues (there were none), to the install crew headed by Remi, ALL did a GREAT job, and it went smoothly. We are now enjoying the warmth and beauty of our gas fireplace. Delivery and installation were as promised, clean-up was excellent, and everyone was professional and courteous. We are VERY pleased, and recommend them highly!

  OUTSTANDING! We had neglected the annual service and cleaning of our fireplace for 14 years and it really started to show - especially with the glass. We finally scheduled a service wth Acme Stove and are so happy that we did. Justin came out and did an exceptional job / top notch / super professional. The fireplace looks better than new and we have it on the calendar to get him out again next year as this will be an annual process from now on. Thank you Acme and Justin!
