  if i could place -15 on this google plus page i would. Not only Capital one is one of those " i dont give a damn about my customers' attitude banks, this branch just went over all my expectations how careless and unprofessional a branch can be. Manager and assistant manager, both are just terrible. I have my business account, personal account my merchant service and my credit cards all through this bank. all i asked to make my CASHIERS check available same day which other banks have no problem to do. And the only reason i did is to make sure my employees get paid on time. They told me we cant do it, although another branch manager used to do that for me since he have seen that i do over 50.000 transactions every month. Going to close all my accounts with this bank and make sure never to go to this branch and overall finish with my experience with this most bazaar bank i have ever had to deal with.
