  I was actually prescribed yoga by my Dr. It helped with my left leg lost feeling and it accidentally helped me lose 10 lbs.(making me at my target weight.) I have done all types if classes with many different instructors. Never had a bad experience.
  
  It all started with a promo they had for first time clients. 2 weeks UNLIMITED classes for $30.00 best money I ever spent. I took 15 classes in those 2 weeks and I have never felt better and stronger in my life. I have a degenerative medical condition. I will try anything to stay healthy. I take 2 classes a day on the days I am well enough. I will also mention, I have no idea what the hot yoga classes are like. I have an issue with heat, even a hot tub will cause an asthma attack. So I just stick to the classes I can take. I was also give modified moves to stretch but in a different was as to not strain my neck or lower back.
  
  All instructors have there own ways. Jarred, Sarah, Lika and Stephanie are the instructor I have the most. I like the slower, intro/beginner classes and them slightly faster passed classes. I try to make sure I attend a fast and a slow on doubled up classes days. They have both helped me get my mind and body in order, after a lose in my family and walking out of an abusive workplace, on same day. Yoga helped me realize my health is more important than being in a situation that drags you down.
  
  Thank you all for that. I don't think I would ever just walk out a job, ever, until I had the courage to stand up for myself.
