  My wife came in to get her hair colored, walks in around 6:45 pm, was told to sit and wait. She sat and waited for around an hour, when her turn came, they told her they CAN't help her because she supposedly had to come before 7:00.
  Did I mention she came in at 6:45 without them asking her what she was in for? Yes, she got denied for service without any heads up, didnt apologize, just plain denied service. She felt so disrespected and ashamed of herself. They didnt care. I understand we all want to go home to our families, thats why you ask early "how can we help you"? Well l, none of that. I wouldnt recommed any of their store to anyone.
