  I'd like to tell you that after looking for a car for almost a year I have to commend your sales guy Michael Fredricks and you Tech "Greg"
  I live in Oyster Bay, New York and my girlfriend and I drove down on a whim to look at a few cars in your area. We looked at cars in Pa.
  -Virginia and Maryland. We made a sort of mini vacation aka road trip and had a lot of fun but never thought we'd be driving home with a
  Porsche! I have to thank Michael for this, his creative thinking got us back into your dealership after we were already on our way home!
  We were literally just leaving the Air + Space Museum when Michael called us and asked us what we thought of the car we had test drove earlier that day. I told Michael I really liked the car and was going to probably come back the following week if he still had it. As I said we were not prepared to make a purchase that day. Michael's response was why make two trips? Michael had a plan and figured everything out
  and told us he would even keep the shop open to wait for us. We were blown away and headed back to Rockville! Even though we were purchasing a "Pre-Owned" (used car) your people treated us like we were spending mega bucks for a new Porsche. I have to say it was a great experience and would like to come back one day when I'm ready to "trade - up " Even after I purchased the vehicle Michael checked in to make sure I was happy with car. He even put me in touch with your Tech Greg who was gracious enough to take the time to explain to me some issues with the radio and he gave me a great tip on how to hook up a blue tooth interface. All in all I would like to commend you and your team at Rockville Porsche for the wonderful experience that I will never forget buying my first Porsche!
